CEDT has emphasized to establish a substantial research infrastructure spanning from membrane synthesis and preparation, including a hollow fiber spinning machine, to process application, with excellent membrane characterization facilities. The center has direct access to the Red Sea through its laboratory located at Abhor KAU campus and through its research station (under construction) at Rabigh KAU campus.
