Hitachi Delegation Visit

The Center of Excellence in Desalination Technology was visited by a delegation from the Japanese company Hitachi on Tuesday, 22/02/2011, the crew of the executive management held a meeting with them in the Conference Room located in the Faculty of Engineering. During the meeting a brief presentation about the center and its interests was given by the Director of the Center Dr/ Mohammed Albeirutti, and was followed by a brief presentation from the Japanese team leader Mr. Koichi Tsuzuki showing the interest of the company to develop desalination techniques. After the presentation the two teams discussed possible cooperation between the King Abdulaziz University represented by the Center and Hitachi Company represented by the visiting team.
